For this project, I designed a beer label for Spyglass Brewing Company, working from a real client brief. Our class had the opportunity to speak directly with the client before beginning, which helped me better understand the brand, their existing visual language, and the direction they wanted for this release.
The concept for State Machine was based on a digital, abstract aesthetic, reflecting the name and overall vibe of the beer. I used Adobe Firefly to generate background imagery, experimenting with prompts focused on technology and abstraction, and then refined those visuals in Photoshop to create multiple color variations for different hop profiles. I then organized the layout and established a clear typographic hierarchy to ensure all required information remained legible while still feeling visually engaging.
This project gave me valuable experience working with a client and incorporating feedback, while also exploring how AI tools can be used as part of the design process.
