For this project, I designed an on-brand billboard for Ben & Jerry’s using their existing brand guidelines as a foundation. I focused on maintaining their recognizable visual style while creating something that felt original and clear at a large scale.
The concept, “Happiness You Can Scoop,” highlights the emotional side of the brand rather than a specific product. I incorporated key elements like the bold color palette, rolling hills, and cow imagery to keep the design consistent with their identity, while using simple, strong typography to ensure readability from a distance.
This project helped me better understand how to work within a brand system and how to design for real-world applications like billboards.
